How to Return an Item

Returning a product is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
  3. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a returns authorization and prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  4. Pack Securely: Place items in original packaging (if possible) and seal securely.
  5. Attach Label: Attach the prepaid return label we provided to your package.
  6. Drop Off: Take your package to any Royal Mail post office or collection point.
  7. Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 2-3 days), we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days.

  • Inspection: 1-2 working days upon receipt
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 working days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • PayPal refunds are usually instant

What's Refunded

  • Product Cost: Full purchase price of returned items
  • Original Shipping: Refunded if item was damaged/defective or we made an error
  • Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid label at no cost to you

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  2. Keep all packaging and materials
  3. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund
  4. You will NOT be charged for return shipping

Important: Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong product:

  • We'll send the correct item at no additional charge
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product:

  1. Return the unwanted item for a full refund
  2. Place a new order for the product you prefer

Cancellations

Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge if you contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Email info@biohealtharena.co.uk or call us immediately with your order number.

After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return it under our 30-day money-back guarantee once it arrives.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs! When you request a return, we'll provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label. Simply print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any post office.

Note: If you choose to use a different courier or don't use our prepaid label, you'll be responsible for those shipping costs.

Partial Returns

If you ordered multiple items and want to return only some:

  • You can return individual items from your order
  • Refunds will be issued for the returned items only
  • Original shipping charges apply based on the value of items kept

Important Notes

  • All returns must be in resaleable condition
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our criteria
  • For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be resold
  • Refunds are subject to inspection upon receipt
